You're spending more on marketing than ever, and you still can't tell what's working.

You're renting your marketing, and it dies the day you stop paying. I build you a system you own instead, run lean with AI. Real direct response, done like it's your money.

Send the ad you're running now and I'll find your biggest leak. No pitch unless you ask.

FIG. 01 / WHAT'S ACTUALLY WRONG

The leads dried up, and nobody can tell you why.

The ads that used to bring people in went quiet. Maybe it happened the week you fired the agency, or the month after a marketing hire didn't work out, or when a new competitor showed up and started eating your patch. The reports still arrive. They just don't answer the one question that matters: what's actually working.

If you stopped paying tomorrow, the whole thing would vanish. The account, the creative, the leads, all of it. Back to square one. You don't own the machine bringing people to your door. You're renting it, and the rent never stops.

That's not your fault. It's how the model was sold to you: pay every month, and the day the payments stop, so does everything you paid for. Years of cheques, and nothing you get to keep.

There's another way to build it. One where the numbers tell you the truth and the system is yours. And AI just made it cheap enough to own outright.

FIG. 02 / THE OWNED SYSTEM

The Owned System

Audit. Install. Run. Built once, owned by you, sharper every month.

01
AUDIT

First we find what's broken, before you spend another dollar. Most businesses don't have an ads problem. They have an offer, an audience, or a message problem wearing an ads costume. You'll see which one is costing you customers.

02
INSTALL

Then we build the system: the offer, the message, the creative, the follow-up. AI does the heavy lifting, direct response does the selling. Take it in one build, or one asset at a time. Either way it's yours, the accounts, the creative, the lot.

03
RUN

Then we run it, and it gets sharper every month. This is where most owners stay, because it's where the system compounds. Each month I build and hand you one more asset you own. You're free to walk any month, and most don't. You keep the keys, in the picture or not.

FIG. 03 / WHY NOW

AI changed the math. And the platform isn't on your side.

Big companies have always owned their marketing. They had the team and the budget. You had to rent yours, and you lost it the day you stopped paying. A real system now costs less to own outright than an agency costs to rent for a year. That's why a business your size can finally own this.

The AI running your ads has a boss, and it's the platform that signs its cheques. Across 55,661 campaigns, Meta's automation nearly doubled what it cost to win a new customer, from $257 to $528, while its own dashboard reported healthy returns the whole time. It spent the budget winning back customers you already had, and logged it as new growth. Meta shipped 83 changes to its ad platform last year alone. The machine is tuned to the platform's bottom line, not yours.

Everyone's got the same AI now. The rare part is the judgment to point it at the thing that sells, and someone on your side of the table who reads what the machine is doing, not what it reports. Their AI works for them. Mine works for you.

Directed, not generated.

FIG. 04 / WHO'S BEHIND IT

I'm in the accounts every week.

I put tens of thousands of dollars through Meta every week, running campaigns across trades, clinics, coaches, software and financial services. So when I tell you what's working, it's what I'm watching happen, or fail to, this week, with real money on the line. Not a tidy case study from 2019.

One sparky I work with sent a single email that I wrote for him in a dead season, when the phone had gone quiet and the work had dried up. It booked him 46 jobs, off a list of past customers we'd built. No ad spend. An asset he owns, earning in the month he needed it most.

A founder handed me an account that wasn't paying its way. I rebuilt the ads around long-form copy that put her own story out front, so buyers could see themselves in it. They started landing customers at close to half what each sale was costing before.

Run that much spend across that many industries and you learn the thing most people miss: the same handful of fundamentals move the money in all of them. That's why I build on direct response that's sold things for a hundred years. Schwartz, Halbert, Bencivenga, Masterson. This July I'm on stage at the SE QLD Marketing Summit, pulling apart why most Meta ads stop working, and what to do about it on Monday.

FIG. 05 / WHERE TO START

Start with a free Conversion Audit.

Give me your account, or just the ad you're running now, and I'll run my system over it and show you the one thing costing you the most customers, and what to do about it. It's the same teardown I'd run for a paying client. You get it free.

  • A teardown of your offer, message, funnel, and ads, in one place.
  • The one thing costing you the most customers, named plainly.
  • The fix, ranked, so you know what to do first.
  • Yours to keep and act on, whether we work together or not.

It's free for a simple reason. Some owners take the teardown and fix it themselves. Some hand it to me to build. Both are good outcomes as far as I'm concerned, and either way you walk away knowing exactly what's wrong.

This isn't for you if you want someone to babysit your account forever. That's the model I'm replacing.

I cap these at a handful a month, because a real teardown takes real time and I won't rush them. First in, first served.

Request your audit. Answer the essentials. The more you give me, the sharper the teardown.

FIG. 06 / STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Is the audit free, or a sales call in disguise?
Free, full stop. The audit is how I show what I can do. Whether we talk after is entirely up to you.
Do I need to hand over full account access?
No. Full context helps, but you can start with an ad, a funnel, a screenshot, or a short Loom. The first job is finding the most obvious leak.
Are you an agency?
No. That's the model I'm replacing. An agency holds the keys, so the day you stop paying, it's gone. I build you a system you own outright, and when I leave, you keep all of it. The point is that it works whether I'm in the picture or not.
What does this cost?
Depends what the audit finds, which is the honest answer. Most owners start with a monthly engagement that costs a fraction of an agency retainer, and you own every asset it produces. If you'd rather have the whole system built in one go, I price that against the alternative, not my hours: a year of agency rent runs $36,000 to $96,000, and the system is built to cost a fraction of that, kept by you for good. Either way, the audit tells us what you actually need before either of us talks money.
What if I want you to build it?
Then we scope it from the audit. Most owners start monthly: each month I build and hand you one more asset you own, a campaign, a sequence, a funnel, a creative system, and supply the judgment to run it. It isn't babysitting an account. Every payment makes you own more, not less. No lock-in, and a graduation clause from day one: the moment your own person can run it without me, they do. Most owners stay anyway, because the judgment is the part that compounds.
What if it turns out my ads aren't the real problem?
Then I'll tell you. Plenty of times the fastest win is the offer, the follow-up, the page, or how fast you reply to a lead. I'd rather you fix the right thing than spend more on the wrong one.

FIG. 07 / WHAT I BUILD ON

  • Own what you build. The accounts, the creative, the data, yours the day I walk.
  • Fundamentals outlive platforms. Meta changes; persuasion doesn't.
  • Marketing assets beat marketing campaigns. You keep one. The other stops with the spend.
  • AI amplifies judgment. It doesn't replace it.
  • A system you understand beats a service you can't see.
  • The goal is independence, not dependency.
